What Drives her...

Andrea is propelled by two things - the need to help people and the need to get things done. She has an education in the helping professions (BA in psychology, Master's and PhD in Social Work) and has had jobs ranging from an autism therapist to an evaluator and epidemiologist for Wisconsin's Maternal and Child Health program. The people Andrea has worked with have called her a "doer," "efficient," and a "maven."

She has a wide skill set: conducting simple to ridiculously complex statistical analyses, engaging in evaluation methods (needs assessment, process, outcome), developing and deploying databases, developing and administering surveys and measurements, interpreting and disseminating data, analyzing qualitative data, facilitating meetings and strategic planning, and even leading software development projects. Andrea loves using her skills and talents to learn new methods, techniques, and knowledge that she can use and pass on to others; use data to drive decision-making; and find innovative yet efficient solutions to the issues facing organizations.

Andrea is a mom, plays violin, percussion, and piano, and enjoys photographing wildlife (like birds!).
