Our Methods
There isn't anything revolutionary about the process that we use to create solutions. What makes us unique is how we engage in the process.
We spend a good deal of time understanding your goals and how you hope your organization or the work it does will be different because of the project we're undertaking. We do this work at the beginning of the project, but we also check back in on those goals throughout the process.
We use active listening skills to ensure that we understand what you need and want. This entails paraphrasing, summarizing, questioning, and clarifying. And by-golly, we do a lot of it throughout the process!
We appreciate and seek out critical feedback from you throughout the process. We are always looking for ways to improve what we do and what we ultimately deliver to you. And you won't hurt our feelings by telling us what you truly think.
